Version: Elements v0.18.1.3rc1
Help for the two commands getnewaddress and sendtoaddress are a bit confusing because they're referring to Bitcoin addresses rather than, say, sidechain addresses or something similar.
E.g.
sendtoaddress - 1. address (string, required) The bitcoin address to send to.
getnewaddress - Returns a new Bitcoin address for receiving payments.
