We need two things set up for Swagger:

  1. The /swagger endpoint does not seem to work on our nodes: https://docs.cosmos.network/v0.47/core/grpc_rest#swagger (I think something was removed, let's look at how it is done in 0.47 simapp + set up swagger to use go embed like the SDK: feat: use go embed for swagger cosmos/cosmos-sdk#15216)
  2. Deploy a full swagger doc (including CometBFT and SDK parts like this: https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis-docs/crescent/crescent/4.0.0) and link to it in the empower docs somewhere
