Using Protractor, initial work to add some integration tests has started on the integration-testing branch.

  • added initial protractor scaffolding to the repo (see test/e2e dir)
  • worked out some basic (and fairly raw) integration testing against test/simple-map.html
  • added a new gulp test task

@tomwayson: any feedback, as well as jumping on this branch and pushing changes, is most welcome! Thanks.
