myhub.initiatives.add_from_template(templateid, title, description=None)

will adopt existing initiative template and create new initiative

@ajturner is this a feasible addition for v2 of the python api? Might help with all the analysis notebooks we are building in tandem..

I remember you mentioned during v1 (March) that this might be a bit complex.

yes, I think we can push to v2 - after October 2019.

Can you start creating Milestones for the various releases?

yes, I'll add add milestones.

Though v1 was what was merged to the Python api 1.6.1 version
v2 is what will be checked in now in October for python api 1.7.1

Are you suggesting scheduling this for v3?
