If you scan an app on the website, the app is scanned and the report is displayed, but after 2 days the app version is deleted so that you have to scan the app again. This error sometimes occurs. The error is difficult to reproduce.

Exodus Webversion 1.30

Edit: Mostly it happens when you scan radio apps, online radio apps, web radio apps.
