Release 1.0.46 - Do you need use_screen_width: true?

If you've faced any issues after upgrading to release 1.0.46 and where use_screen_width: true fixed it, please mention it here.

I kindly ask you to provide a minimal example, where I'm able to see why it's breaking.

I'm planning to remove the use_screen_width: true option again in the future. So your inputs are very important.
