Reflect AI Players and Closed Slots in the FAF Game Lobby Player Count #3152

When AI is in the game or slots are closed, it does not reflect the number in the client FAF Game lobby under Custom games.

For example, if we are six human players and two AIs and two closed slots in the lobby, the FAF Game lobby shows 6/14, instead of 10/14.

This becomes problematic when the game fills up with real players. The lobby still shows 10/14 players, but the last slots are already occupied.

This will confuse players and waste time when they join, expecting to fill the last open slots and just getting the spectator slots and then auto kicked when the game starts.

I don't think the server sends us this so would require changes to the server
