Stereo audio (music, ui sfx, etc) - Only the left channel used?

Is it just something I'm doing, or is only the left channel in audio files played in S&Box right now? This is really bad for music, and makes stereo tracks that aren't pre-mixed down to mono sound slightly left-leaning as well as the right track is ignored entirely. I'm aware the sound system is still being worked on, but I can not find ANY info or mentions of this anywhere.

I am hoping I just missed something, but I also played other games with music and everything sounds like it's a single channel. I have resorted to splitting my tracks into 2 audio files (left and right), panning them to the center then I play them at the local listen space positioned to the left and right, and it works... But obviously I really, really do not want to do that just for some basic stereo audio.
