Can not connect to webdav.yandex.ru (YandexDisc)

When I try connect to webdav.yandex.ru no any error or any other messages are shown.
The connection is not established.

As far as I understand, this plugin uses WinSCP source for this functionality. So, if it makes sense, the latest build of WinSCP works webdav.yandex.ru without issues.

Yes, WinSCP works in my case too.
But NetBox still do not works...
