Reporting a Vulnerability

When reporting a vulnerability, we ask you do not publicly disclose a vulnerability to anyone until is has been addressed, This is to protect users of this library and prevent others from misusing it. Use Github's Private Disclosure feature. We will investigate all reports and notify you.

We ask of the following in your reports:

  • Description of the New Vulnerability: Clearly explain what the vulnerability is.
  • Potential Impact: Describe the possible consequences and misuses.
  • Steps to Reproduce: Outline how you discovered the issue, including any specific steps taken.
  • Affected Versions: List which versions of the library are impacted.
