Option to start Live videos from 0:00 and ability to rewind live videos

Is your feature request related to a usage problem (not a bug)? Please describe.
When I want to watch for example Esport live event but I am not starting it the second it starts , I want to be able to open the video at 0:00 so I dont get any spoilers from starting it in the middle and then rewinding.

Describe the solution you'd like to see implemented
An option in the "3 dots" to "Watch live video from beginning" and when watching I would like to be able to rewind if I want to hear something again and then return clicking the live button as it happens on youtube.com

We'll need some support from other modules to allows this. At the moment this cannot be done.
