Each TC references the Baseline test in Applicable ICT Baseline Test.

If the Baseline were to change domain, can this be easily updated in all Test Cases?

Unfortunately, there is really no way to get around referencing a new domain. We'll have to update the reference in each test case. However, it will be an easy global find and replace. Won't take more than 2 minutes.
