BSP or FCS requests
Requests to FCS/BSP are made through Service Now under a "Report Something Broken" or "Generic Request".
For urgent issues, like a production outage or a server being offline (even if backup is working), file an Incident (Report Something Broken). Include "Please route to GSA.FCS-Level-1" in the description. Include "Reboot ASAP" to avoid messaging back and forth for best time to reboot. If you don't get a quick response, email bsp-support@ with "[Urgent]" in the subject line and include the ticket number and description of the issue.
Open a Generic Request and specify the Supervisor as any Data.gov PMO member.
Fill out the short description.
Please provision new instance catalog-web1p.prod-ocsit.bsp.gsa.gov
Include a simple note for justification.
Needed for Data.gov
Add a comment with any additional details.
We are adding an new instance for our catalog application. Please use he existing CloudFromation templates for catalog web instances.
- name should be catalog-web1p.prod-ocsit.bsp.gsa.gov
- SSH keypair should be the existing datagov-prod-v2 keypair.
Include a comment so it is routed to the correct team. For most requests:
