DCAT-US 3 Controlled Vocabularies to be used (6.16.3) links to several items at resources.data.gov that return 404

If you go to https://doi-do.github.io/dcat-us/#controlled-vocabularies-to-be-used, the Vocabulary URI links to resource.data.gov all return 404.

@jqnatividad, those links were created on the DOI side. They look like they point to TBD content. Someone on the DOI side will need to work with us to get that updated.

I'm going to leave this open for transparency's sake, but there is nothing we can do on our end currently.
