open terminal in your system and use git clone "URL"
open file in vscode or any other edited and start working on it
after complete use commend in terminal
git add,
git commit -m"message"
git push

1. Clone the Forked Repository to Your Local Machine

2. Go to your GitHub profile and navigate to your forked repository.

3. Click on the Code button and copy the HTTPS or SSH link.

4. then open file in vscode then on terminal git clone

5. then check the git status

6. This will show you if you’re currently on the main branch or any other branch.

7. After creating the new branch, you should verify that you're on it by running: git branch

8. This command will list all the branches, and the one with the * next to it is the active branch. You should see your new branch listed and selected.

9. git checkout -b your-new-branch
   Replace your-new-branch with a descriptive name for the changes you’re going to make (e.g., add-new-feature).

11. Push your changes to the branch you created in your forked repository
