I don't know why but Open Limit Adjuster and SAMP addon don't work together (crashes game on loading). I even tried OLA 1.5.4 with SAMP Addon 2.4 and it crashes too.

Use SAMP Addon v2.6 and OLA 1.5.6. OLA 1.5.7 crashes.
