Change all AE2-adjacent wireless terminals to be able to go into any bauble slot, not just ring slots

Your Goal

Currently there exist four "main" bauble slots, Amulet, Two Rings, and Belt
The current "meta" if you can call it, relies a lot on the updated Ring of Loki, You are now left with an Amulet slot, a Ring slot, and a Belt slot

But Loki uses mana?! So you opt in to use band of mana... aaand now both your ring slots are occupied, with no* way to avoid this
Which means your terminal now has to be in your inventory, since it can't go in either the amulet or the belt slot, which just seems unnecessary and makes no sense (why can't i wear the terminal around my neck? why can't I pull it out of my pocket on a little silver chain?)

Your Vision

Inventory management is always a big ask in modded minecraft, and this pack is far from an exception
While the benefits of loki far outweigh the single inventory slot taken up by a terminal, I also can't think of a reason not to implement this change, I don't feel like it affects the balance in any significant manner, as it's actually taking away a slot for what could be a talisman of remedium, which only works in the bauble slot, contrast that with the terminal, which works from your inventory

You're trading a bauble slot which could potentially give you massive benefits, for a small convenience
