"Pair gamepad" gives an error

Hi, pressing "sync" twice on the console results in "please shutdown" error. Most likely it's the faulty MICB2, but I wanted to give it a try via the recovery. I got "Failed to get pincode: ffee0081". Any chance to decode it? I dumped system logs but could not find any related info.
