Feature Request: Hourly outputs for price, emissions, power, storage dispatch

We get output time series data based on the reduced time series. We currently use post-processing scripts to get the 8760h output data for prices, emissions, and hourly dispatch plots. Since we frequently need hourly outputs, we can combine the postprocessing scripts to enhance the write-output scripts.
