The "Practical information" section includes several subsections:

  • Advice
  • Labels
  • Information desks
  • Transport, Access and Parking

If none of the subsections is filled in on the page, the section (and its anchor) is not displayed at all.
But the "Practical Informations" title target is displayed only if "Labels" or "Advice" is filled in.

It must be displayed if at least one of the subsections is filled in.
