on get Tokenlist we don't have any changes. We put Lumens
We should add stellar Lumens token to our main token DB.
When user put the amount and click on next, we create a pending trn and start a job for detecting the transaction based on the technical architecture doc. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1S2ow_uQrSIIYU4WMRKoQkIo7ZVuCbYM8yOyxDYck9As/edit

Pending trn with manual tokens like Stellar, should have a validity date (timer) when we can't detect in-time, we make the donation failed.
