Following up from a brief discussion with Tim at TPAC, I wonder if we should consider switching out FMP for FCP in Lighthouse now that the former has been deprioritized and is not on a standards track.

It's unclear to me whether this is a change we would consider independent of exploring swapping out FMP for FCP as part of time to interactive, but it would at least set the stage for it.
