Save emulator container and restore it later?

Hi,

Is it possible to save a running emulator container and restore it later? We've accumulated a large amount of spanner schema migration files over the years and it takes a lot of time to run them through. If we can save and restore a container, that will speed up this process tremendously. This is especially useful for CI jobs. Thanks!
