I found a small issue when deleting an organ that was installed as an organ package.
Using the "Delete" pushbutton in the "Organs" tab does delete the selected organ but not in the "Organ packages" tab. This entry must be deleted using a second "Delete" button present in this tab.
On the contrary, by trying to delete the organ firtly in the packages tab does nothing; no message, no deletion of the packaged organ selected and no deletion of the organ under the "organs tab".
I believe this can be confusing.
Regarding the Delete action itself, i found that it does not remove the related config and, above all, the cache and the settings under GrandOrgueData and GrandOrgueCache folders. This is somehow more confusing inmho, also keeping attention to the fact that cache and data files are not referenced; i mean, it is not possible, as notified in another post here, to know which cache belongs to which organ (this is still, for me, a big issue).
