vkp-MessageHeader-v090.structuredefinition-profile.xml

Her ligger receiver som eget element direkte under MessageHeader slik som i STU3, men i R4 ligger dette elementet her:
MessageHeader.destination.receiver

Profilen bør derfor oppdateres, spørsmålet er da hva man skal legge i destination.endpoint (1..1)
