minDate and maxDate works on Year drop down but not month

Hi all,

minDate and maxDate works on year drop down but not month. It show all months even though dates in the past are disabled on month date.

    maxDate={maxStartDate}

    dropdownMode="select"
  /> 

If this something we are aware of/expected behavior?
