File can`t refresh

Firstly, thank you for the work on this plugin. In my opinion, it might be the best ssh plugin in sublimetext ecosystem.

I edit a file by ssh-panel, and then edit the same file in VIM.
When i switch to sublime, i can`t get the most recent changes to this file, although clicking the file and parent directory times.

You can try setting 'file_deload': 'always', which will force file synchronization from the remote host every time a file is selected in the plugin's view. The default value is' auto', which means that the file will only be synchronized once when it has never been synchronized locally.

Alternatively, you can open the '☰' menu and select "focus load" to forced synchronization current file
