Separate view pages for "Saved Article" and "Dictionary or Translation".

Currently, the Saved articles feature and dictionary words learnt by the user all are being shown in the settings page. However from the user's point, this seems a cluster. So, making a different view for the Saved articles along with it's specific layout and an icon at the side of the settings in popup would be more cleaner approach.
