Re-process all EIT images now that the L1 archive exists #55

The EIT image archive should be re-created now that L1 EIT data exists. This will give us better looking EIT data.

At the same time, we should examine the assumptions made at the time the EIT images were made. For example, the original images were rotated and re-scaled so that they all appear to come from 1 AU. The images undergo some significant transformation from their original form. It may be possible to do some of this either client or server-side, but not in the original image.

There may be an issue with the L1 data. Once that is cleared up, then these images can be regenerated.
