描述

在PCL的Mod管理中，对于每个Mod都允许添加自定义名字的标签，以及加入到一个自定义名字的分组中

原因

我需要这个功能来在创建整合包时更好的管理模组。

该功能中的分组和标签只在PCL中生效，不影响Mod文件

这玩意儿做着太麻烦了，并且会用上这个功能的人也不算太多，可以自己改改文件名啥的也不影响，还是算了，优先级更高的新功能还多着去呢……

这个真的有必要啊, 调试模组制作整合包, 切换模组用分组都会很方便, 否则一个一个点禁用真的很累
