The homebrew version of LMDB does not provide all the defines that the current version does.

The latest LMDB code is provided, separate from the rest of OpenLDAP, in a Gitorius repo.

This PR uses the latest tagged release of MDB, v. 0.9.11.

I notice the version number is very different. Is lmdb being versioned indepenently from OpenLDAP now?

MDB is actively developed and separately versioned by tags in the gitorious repo (well, technically that's done at the OpenLDAP git but this is the authoritative clone for MDB). I am not familiar with OpenLDAP's development workflow, but I think LMDB keeps its own version as a standalone library but adopts the OpenLDAP version number when bundled with it.

Fyi, LMDB is versioned separately but so far we have timed releases to be simultaneous with the main OpenLDAP releases.
