You should download Pictures from OULU university, but after that you have this problem again because the name of pictures are changed in new edited version by OULU university. I developed a simple script that can do this for you, you can access it from here:

Copy and paste it in a txt file and save it as whatEverYouLike.py file for this you need python3.
go to terminal and type:
python3 whatEverYouLike.py the path of oulu_anno.pickle file
