Resolve "Cannot find 'RNSplashScreen' in scope - Build iOS error" issue in Dynamic.swift

There's no problem with the react-native project. However, when I applied this library to the expo bare workflow and that issue occurred again. And I resolved this issue exactly with the following strategy. It works!!
