After pairing your controller, it should show up in the settings on Vita. I'm assuming it does.
Well, my controller can also work with a "pro controller" profile, and you can try this and see if it works out for you:
After getting your controller paired with your Vita, leave it connected. Go back to your Vita, and disable Bluetooth (from the settings); Your controller will notice that and attempt to reconnect (blinking led if it has one), but do not re-enable Bluetooth on the Vita just yet, instead select your controller and delete it. Then go back one screen and re-enable Bluetooth. Your controller should work now.

the pro controller does worked on my vita after i report the problem few days later.
but everytime i disconnect the bluetooth,i need to delete the controller from my vita,and try many times to pair,almost every time vita will shall controller is connected but only a few times it actually worked.whether it succeeds or not,i need to repeat the previous work after every disconnection.
