start and end parameter are indicated as 1..1 cardinality, but their documentation indicates behavior when they are not provided.
The ITI-115.html page seems to have some backup ValueSet bindings (2:3.115.4.1.3) but it is not clear what the note numbers are refering to, I can't find note numbers in the operation definition. And it is not clear which parameters/elements these valuesets are each for. Are these different than the default valueSet binding in Appointment Resource? If not, then why not. If so, then just say so.
ValueSet bindings that are specified have the wrong canonical (have ../SCHED/.. rather than ../Scheduling/, therefore are not found or findable.
timing parameter is unclear. Is there an example that could be explained? Is there a profiling of Timing datatype?
