The FHIR R4 Appointment resource has a .cancelationReason; how is this related to the Scheduling extension for status_reason? The vocabulary seems to be indicating reasons mostly for cancelation. if so, then would see the cancelationReason element should be used. Noting that .cancelationReason is not profiled.
