Long term loans to the permanent collection ARE published online, but are NOT owned by IMA. Add in logic to the owner pattern to not make the statement when the Legal Status is not "Accessioned."

Made adjustment. Currently if TitObjectStatus = "Accessioned" OR contains "IMA-Owned" OR = "Partial Accession", then the IMA ownership statement will be made. Otherwise, no statement of owner is made.

Before closing this issue, need to discuss various Legal Statuses with Registration to make sure all use cases are covered for published artworks.

Additional adjustment made - added logic in so that if the above conditions are not met to state current_owner, then state the IMA at Newfields as the current_keeper.

Should think about this more though to make sure it's accurate...
