PRIVATE PACKAGE LICENSE

This software and its associated documentation are provided by ImDigital ("the Company") solely for the use of ImDigital and its authorized employees and contractors.

The terms of this license grant are as follows:

  1. Use of the Software:

    • The Company grants ImDigital the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, modify, and maintain the software for the sole purpose of internal use, without the right to sublicense or distribute the software to third parties.

  2. Restrictions:

    • ImDigital may not sublicense, sell, lease, or distribute the software to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.
    • ImDigital may not publicly publish, open source, or make the software publicly accessible in any manner.

  3. Ownership:

    • The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software. ImDigital acknowledges that no ownership rights are transferred by this license.

  4. Disclaimer:

    • The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the software.

  5. Termination:

    • This license is effective until terminated by ImDigital or the Company. ImDigital may terminate the license at any time, and the Company may terminate the license in case of breach of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, ImDigital shall promptly cease using and destroy all copies of the software.

By using the software, ImDigital agrees to abide by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you may not use the software.
