Configure sentry on all Django (and more?) apps

Now that we have Sentry again, why not use it for Syscom as well!

We can configure it easily on at least all Django apps. I have already done it for the following WWW apps:

• Amelie (staging + prod)
• Alexia (staging + prod)
• FIASCO (staging + prod)
• Quaestor (only has prod)
• SymposIA (only has prod)

I see a few other Django apps we can configure it for:

• sbzwebsite
• summersounds
• takeshi

Furthermore the pandora committee might want a Team + project for their website, which I also think was Django-based.

I also found https://github.com/sentry-kubernetes/charts/tree/develop/sentry-kubernetes which can send Kubernetes Events to Sentry, which might also be pretty cool.

Other (especially Python) apps might also be able to be added, sentry has quite extensive support: https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/
