I wouldn't mind picking this up as a side project for the next few months with someone else. I am curious as to what specifications in terms of OS and other software we would like to have on it.

For now, I guess our regular Windows 10 + laptop policies should do fine. Local account is not documented on that page, but this page has some instructions that you can adapt. I can get the Windows 10 and Office volume license key when you need it.

Do we want all laptops to have a set image? Because if so, I'll build a single ISO we can easily deploy across machines. However, it might be interesting to brainstorm tonight about what other use cases they have and if we want separate laptop policies

Decision: Prepare 2 spare bartenders laptops (the i5 notebooks) before the Kick-In. We'll have spares for if the current ones fail.
