ANNOUNCEMENT: Major Rewrite

[IogaMaster]

I do not care about most of the bonus features that presence.nvim provides, so I will be doing a major rewrite of neocord.
I want to make neocord as simple as possible to work with and understand.
Plans:

• Support for rocks.nvim
• Lazy loading via lz.n
• A more simple configuration
• Detangling the code, so contributors may make neocord faster/better more simply.
• A precompiled luarocks package.
• Proper ci
  And much more

This is to fix all the bugs that have risen as well
