Call of Duty 2 - operating system issues

Hi, CoD 2 (https://isthereanydeal.com/game/callofdutyii/info/) has some stores which only sell a Mac version. The Platforms column includes which operating systems are supported, but for some stores it's missing (for example, Steam sells both Win and Mac, but GameBillet only sells Mac).

I also keep getting sale notifications for stores that only sell the Mac version, which tends to have higher price cuts than the Win version. The emails don't mention which platforms the store sells, so it takes going to the store page to realize it's not the version I want. Would it be possible to add platform information to the emails, and/or perhaps better, make it possible to filter waitlist notifications by operating system so I can exclude Mac-only versions? Thanks!
