Over in #1186 (now closed), @dannylamb sez:

If you just delete content, [deleting node from Fedora and deleting node from tiplestore actions] will trigger in response to the delete event. Or at least they should. The one I would add is 'Delete object and all media'.

But keep #1032 in mind if we allow one media to be used by multiple nodes.

July 10, 2019 tech call: @dannylamb recommends not worrying about #1032 now but deal with it later as required.
