Title (Goal) Export metadata in a serialized form following standard metadata schemas and filetypes
Primary Actor Collection Manager
Scope Metadata
Story As a collection manager, I want to be able to input and export metadata conforming to any schema (MODS, DC, .marc, QDC, VRACore, Darwin Core, etc) , and through multiple file formats, including XML, .marc, csv, and JSON . Ideally, these exportable metadata formats could be optionally stored in Fedora or included in AIPs, and downloaded via the interface.

This is a general (meta-ticket?) about the ability to configure and use serialized export (and import). OAI PMH does a subset of this, but in a non-flexible way, and this use case is about the general desired flexibility, and supporting XML more generally, and serialized formats even more generally.
