Customer removed from this membership since it changed error message

I was going to renew a membership today, and the form they filled had two names (two different last names) on it. So, I loaded one of the names in titan and clicked “customer membership,” and a pop up box error I haven’t seen before popped up (see attached picture). It popped up like three times, and I just clicked okay each time. I was able to add a secondary person to the membership, and subsequently renew it, so the error doesn’t seem to have affected anything. I’ve just never seen it before and am not sure what it means.
