Terry Ann has faced an issue where running a Listing Wizard for renewals will miss someone who has renewed in that time period.
Listing Wizard process looks like:
Page – Select Membership Criteria:
Membership Mode: select Customer with Memberships to any of the Selected Membership Programs and Criteria
Skip Membership Programs
Renewal Option: Show Both New and Renewed Memberships (or New or Renew)
Cancelled Membership Options: Only Active Memberships
Select Membership START RANGE: 6/17/2014 – 6/17/2014 -- add the membership transaction date range that needs to be imported into Raiser’s Edge. (example: Start Date: 7/11/2014 & End Date: 7/13/2014 - this is a weekend range, Friday-Sunday, for Monday morning.)
CLICK FLAG Icon STRAIGHT TO: Review Results
This can be recreated with the dates above, looking for customer Weingast, who renewed and processed on 6/17. The customer should be included in the list that the Listing Wizard generates, but is not.
