Change "Current Step" graphics

We need to adjust the graphics that appear in the top of (almost) all Titan pages that indicate the steps in the purchase process, and the current step you are on.

We want the current step to be clearer, the language of the graphics to match the language of the pages they are on, and for the actual images to look better.
