start: create app called InceptionTutorial, with activities ChooseModel and Classify
1. Update adnroid manifest
2. update second gradle file
3. update styles.xmlto not include action bar
4. add assets folder
5. Download inception and inception quant
   - https://www.tensorflow.org/lite/models
   - do V3
6. extract and rename the models to the following and add to the assets folder
	- inception_quant.tflite
	- inception_float.tflite
7. create txt file in assets called labels.txt
8. get label list and copy into local version

4. update activity_choose_model.xml
	- make relative layout instead of contrained
