Input methods for Mobile

the camera was not working for mobile elements. hopefully this new version will fix that.

New Input Methods

The UI has been updated with new buttons and modals to allow input through text files and images.

various other minor refactors in the codebase - a new readme and the main scan funcitons have been migrated to their own project.
