Adblocker causes issue with CSV data download #2

Problem:

If adblocker is enabled on the browser then the CSV file download will be blocked.

Impact:

Users who have Adblock enabled will not be able to download the CSV file regularly

Potential Solution:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-ad-block-detect
Add this component that has a pop up to tell the user to add their current site to their whitelist

Workaround:

Right-click on the button and select save as...
